Every site possesses unique qualities.
건축은 이러한 SITE 자체에서 시작됩니다. 물리적 공간으로 구현되는 건축은 원래 환경과 조건과 분리될 수 없습니다. 대지의 본질적인 특성은 설계 방향을 결정하는 기반이 됩니다.
Architecture begins with the SITE itself. Architecture, as it manifests in physical space, cannot exist in isolation from the original environment and conditions of the SITE. These inherent characteristics form the basis for determining the design direction.
BEGINNING
디자인은 다른 어디에서도 찾을 수 없는 SITE의 독특한 맥락을 발하는 것에서 출발합니다. 설계 아이디어는 SITE가 지닌 고유한 공간적 특성에 대한 인내심 있고 긍정적인 고찰에서 진화됩니다.

Design originates from uncovering the SITE's unique context, something that cannot be found elsewhere. Design ideas evolve from a patient and positive consideration of the inherent spatial characteristics.
THE SITE ARCHITECTS eschews designs devoid of context. Our approach embraces environmental and social responsibility, aiming for architecture that encompasses the realms between shared and private spaces. We strive to design hardware conservatively and software progressively.
OPERATION
디자인 도면과 실제 시공 결과 사이에는 항상 차이가 존재합니다. 아무리 훌륭한 설계라도 시공자가 구현하지 못하면 그 가치가 떨어집니다.
우리는 세부 사항을 철저히 검토하여 중요한 정보와 지침이 현장 작업자에게 누락되지 않도록 합니다. 이러한 내용은 문서화되고 시공 계약에 포함되며, 현장에서 확인됩니다.
아이디어는 견고한 기반 위에 세워져야 하며, 건축물의 형태는 이러한 과정의 결과입니다.**
There is always a gap between design drawings and the actual outcome on site. No matter how well-intentioned a design may be, its value is diminished if it is not realized in the hands of the builder.
We meticulously update details and ensure that critical information and instructions are not overlooked by site workers. This information is documented, incorporated into construction contracts, and verified on site.
Ideas must be built on a solid foundation, and the form of architecture is the outcome of this process.**
